Vanessa Redgrave CBE (fædd 30. janúar 1937) er ensk leikkona og pólitísk aðgerðarsinni. Redgrave komst upp árið 1961 þegar hann lék Rosalind í Shakespeare gamanmyndinni As You Like It með Royal Shakespeare Company og hefur síðan leikið í meira en 35 uppfærslum í West End og á Broadway í London og unnið Olivier verðlaunin 1984 fyrir besta leikkona í endurvakningu fyrir The Aspern Papers og Tony-verðlaunin 2003 sem besta leikkona í leikriti fyrir endurvakningu Long Day's Journey into Night. Hún hlaut einnig Tony-tilnefningar fyrir The Year of Magical Thinking og Driving Miss Daisy.

Á skjánum hefur hún leikið í fjölda kvikmynda og er sex sinnum tilnefnd til Óskarsverðlauna og hlaut Óskarsverðlaunin sem besta leikkona í aukahlutverki fyrir titilhlutverkið í kvikmyndinni Julia (1977).
